Did You Know, KJo Is A Salman Khan Fan Too?!
‘Karan Johar is a Salman Khan fan’ this fact is quite surprising. Especially when we associate the popular Bollywood relationships, we know that KJ0 and SRK are very close (like brothers?) and we also know that SRK and Salman don’t enjoy each other’s company. Maybe for this reason, even for me it came as a surprise when I learned in couple of recent interviews Karan Johar confessed that he is a huge fan of Salman Khan!
One of the websites quote Karan Johan saying,
”I will love to work with Salman. I worked with him in the first film and I’m grateful to him that he agreed to be a part of my first film. ( Salman played a small role in 1998 ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ ) I think he did that film for my dad and I always will be very grateful from the bottom of my heart. And I want to, in fact who doesn’t want to work with Salman Khan. He is a mega force today, a great actor and Superstar. So, I will feel honoured when I’m given the opportunity to work with him.”
At another occasion, when asked whether he would like to work with Salman Khan in future Karan said,
“Oh, I’m a huge Salman fan. I’m not just waiting; I’m dying to work with him. And he has huge fan following at my office. My writers and directors are a smitten bunch. They tell me, take your time signing him for a film, but please just call him to the office so we can interact, click pics and chat with him.”
Not bad. If KJo’s wish materializes, we’ll be curious to watch Salman in KJo’s signature storytelling style too .
